Born: 14.03.1918 in Grossbreitenbach

  • joined Panzerregiment 1 in November 1938,

  • served with the Headquarters Company of the II. Abteilung during the Polish and French campaigns,

  • remained in service with the II. Abteilung after 1940,

  • was transferred to the Headquarters Company of the I. Abteilung as part of the reorganization on 15.01.1943,

  • slightly wounded while serving as Unteroffizier with the I. Abteilung in October 1944,

  • further fate unknown.
