Personnel Panzerregiment 1

While working on the book, we reviewed hundreds of military and civilian biographies. We encountered many names and faces in photos, albums or in personal accounts. There wasn't room to include everyone in the book. Therefore, we will introduce people to you, who are not mentioned in the book, in greater detail on this page.

Rademacher, Karl

Born: 23.12.1911 in Wuppertal Died: 29.12.1941 in the Soviet Union joined the 8th Company of Panzerregiment 1 as a volunteer in October 1935, was trained and served as a panzer driver, left the military in October 1936 after completing one year of service, was reactivated during mobilization in February 1940, transferred to Eisenbahn-Betriebs-Kompanie 203 (railway-company), died in an accident (derailment of a rail truck) on December 29, 1941, near Orel.
