Personnel Panzerregiment 1

While working on the book, we reviewed hundreds of military and civilian biographies. We encountered many names and faces in photos, albums or in personal accounts. There wasn't room to include everyone in the book. Therefore, we will introduce people to you, who are not mentioned in the book, in greater detail on this page.

Born: 02.04.1915 in Westgreußen (Thüringen) Died: 28.05.1999 Otto Wiesemann joined the 8th Company of Panzerregiment 1 in October 1937 and remained in service with this company until mid 1942, transferred as Obergefreiter to the 7th Company, pursued the career of a NCO, after the war, he returned to his home in Thuringia and lived in the GDR.
